With our products being plant-based, hand-made daily, we’re unable to guarantee product quality once an item has left our Makeries. Due to these safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges. 

We know trying new products can be tricky! To help you find the perfect fit, we offer select products in mini sizes and a scent quiz so you can find your next buffcitysoep favorite with confidence. 

In Store Purchases

If you purchased your product at one of our Makeries, please reach out to that location directly for help with a refund or exchange.

Shipping Orders

If you placed an order on buffcitysoep.top, please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If something isn’t right, contact our Guest Experience team here within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to help resolve any questions or concerns.   

Please note- 

  • Photos of the package and affected product are required for damaged and incorrect orders. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to scent preference 
  • If a package is marked as delivered to the correct address but is stolen, we’re unable to replace or refund the order 

Incorrect Address Entry

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout, as changes can’t be made once an order is placed.  

buffcitysoep is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address due to guest or an autofill error, a refund or replacement will not be issued.
